The workshop was attended by around 520 students of Social Sciences in the morning (08.00 AM until 11.30 AM) and 690 students of Exact Sciences in the afternoon (01.00 PM until 04.00 PM).
The workshop was filled by two speakers, Prof. Kuncoro Diharjo as Vice Chancellor for Students Affairs and Alumni of UNS who talked about administrative stuffs and Dr. Tendy Y. Ramadin from Bandung Technology Institute who is also a PKM expert.
Prof Kuncoro reminded students to follow the guide book on how to build PKM proposal. He stated that most proposals failed in the administrative selection.
"In 2018, there were 48.000 proposals submitted and only 42 percent passing administrative selection," he elaborated.
In the next part, Dr. Tendy talked more about PKM ideas to encouraged students exploring their own.

On that occasion, Prof Kuncoro also announced the decree about recognition on PKM that get funded and go on PIMNAS. This is supposed to trigger students' enthusiasm in joining PKM.
